KANDY SPICED PUMPKIN SEEDS

What to do with all those lovely seeds from your Jack-o-lantern? Toast them up with a little salt and Curio's Kandy spice.

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.

Rinse seeds in a colander until free of all the orange strings and bits. Tap to remove water. Meanwhile, melt 2 TB butter.

Toss the seeds with butter, salt and Kandy spice in a medium bowl and then spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden.
