Ceylon Cinnamon - Quills
Directly sourced from Sri Lanka, this cinnamon is also called "sweet cinnamon" or "true cinnamon". It has a delicate, warm, citrusy flavor that makes it lovely in both baking or roasted veggies and meat. Drop whole quills into hot chocolate, mulled cider or wine, or crumble the sticks before using in stews or curries.
