Aegean Salted Bruschetta

A super simple summer appetizer that celebrates the best tomatoes of the year!

6 slices rustic bread, toasted
2 garlic cloves, sliced in half
Olive oil
2-3 large heirloom tomatoes, chopped
Aegean Salt

Rub the toasted bread with the cut side of the garlic and then drizzle on a bit of olive oil. Top with chopped tomatoes and finish with a sprinkle of Aegean Salt.
